Everyone keeps saying Mark too old to main event but I guess people forgot that it usually takes years and years of work before you main event worthy.

Mark Henry came into the business with no background whatsoever in wrestling, not to mention he was always a big guy so his learning curve took longer than most.

In the microwave of WWE if you not a star in 2 years then it's your own fault and they forget you even exist, however almost 20 years into the biz and Mark is doing the best work of his life.

For a dude I wanted gone in 2006 I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at his turn around.

Being WWE champion should be in his future.

I haven't seen this anywhere else so I won't believe it until then.

IF this is true, Spike will most likely take it over as they would be first in line.

It's definitely between Viacom and WWE for buyers. Bischoff and Jarrett couldn't possibly come up with the kind of money either major corporation has.

I think there will be a limit Vince will pay for it and Spike will exceed it.

Ken Shamrock Talks About Heat with Triple H, Feeling Blackballed by WWE and More

- Ken Shamrock recently spoke with Steve and The Scum about why he feels he has "heat" with Triple H:

"I'd like to clarify that. There was a guy named Mark Henry, a strong man. He was in the locker room and there were a few guys involved. Hunter was one of them that put s--t in his sandwich and I told him. So, I think Hunter didn't like me for that and I think Hunter didn't like me for the fact that when I first came in Vince put me over on him. I was truly understanding that I was the new guy coming in and I hadn't put in my dues and I was getting a push, but I was doing what I was asked to do. I think Hunter had a real hard time dealing with that, especially with me being a real bad ass otherwise and there's nothing he could do about it. Then opening my mouth to protect another human being, I think there is ribbing and there is having fun and then there is things where you cross over the line, and so I said something."

Shamrock explains why he feels "blackballed" by the organization:

"I had put out my feelers, I had actually talked to Shane McMahon, he put a call in. I thought I had a pretty intricate part in changing the face of wrestling when I was able to ref the match with Bret Hart and Stone Cold, it changed the face of wrestling. I was in all the Pay Per Views and all the house shows, and I thought I made a pretty good impact and helped change pro wrestling, not by myself, but definitely I was a part of it in the Attitude Era. There is no recognition towards me or about me and I'm kind of disappointed."

Shamrock talked about wanting to get into the ring with Triple H:

"When it comes to Hunter, I would love to get in the ring with him and show him what it's like... help him understand that there is a lot of people in this world that have a lot of natural ability and natural talent and just because you don't like them doesn't mean it isn't so... I would love to get in the ring with him and show him exactly who I am and what I'm about."

ill never understand wrestling pranks mane, that nigga put shit in mark henry sandwich, not the rock, not hbk, not zack gowen, Mark Henry, HHH lucky to be alive

for that prank alone mark should of held the wwe title atleast once.

let him do that shit to shamrock, hhh/Stephine would of never happen...

Chris Benoit's son David is reportedly training to become a professional wrestler. He's just now started lifting weights but word is that he's done some working out with David Hart Smith, son of the late British Bulldog.
