I just opened my eyes and I see this.

I have a lot of memories of Warrior, I got to watch him in his prime and although I was never the biggest fan I always appreciated his energy and charisma.

His promo on RAW about immortality has just become the most poignant wrestling-related speech of all time. I wasn't a huge fan and I'm crushed by this.

RIP Warrior.

He was one of the first wrestlers I ever really marked for. I just had started following WWF the year he debuted and followed him till the end. So to someone like me especially this is really sad. Just glad he managed to make peace with one of the most conflicting issues of his life before he passed on. That speech works not just as a reminder to the WWE fans that they have a voice again and the future of the company is really in their hands to dictate by choosing their new heroes and immortalizing them in light of a new era but also as a personal eulogy.

RIP warrior. probably my favorite old school wrestler. and triple H just reached bitch status in my book. I got you on dvd trashin that man, now he's a dear friend huh? some of "The Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior" was funny and brought back good memories but over all it was in poor taste.

I heard he had surgery recently so that was why he was walking with a limp and didn't have the strength to do his shaking of the top rope.

Did anybody watch that new WWE dvd where he sets the record straight for those only familiar with the dvd that buried him?

dam ol' fred still shocked yo!

RIP Warrior! one of da best eva in da wwf! see ya at the crossroads!

Warrior Seen Clutching His Chest Before His Death, Heart Attack Suggested, Autopsy Scheduled

- TMZ reports that The Ultimate Warrior was seen clutching his chest moments before he collapsed at an Arizona hotel on Tuesday, according to their law enforcement sources who spoke with eye witnesses.

They report that Warrior was walking down a hallway at the Gainey Suites Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ, headed toward his car with his wife, when he stopped, clutched his chest and went down. He never recovered.

Sources told TMZ that officials believe Warrior suffered a "catastrophic medical event" and so far, there is no evidence to show drugs or alcohol were a factor in his death. All signs point to a massive heart attack. An investigation is underway and an autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
