naw, I been avoiding that leg break like the plague and like a dumbass I stared @ the gif for minutes trying to figure out what was happening

i dont understand how these folks are breaking their shin bones...

been alot of that in the past 5 years.

ppl sleeping on getting the right amount of calcium in they diet.

Lactose intolerance is no long an excuse for not having strong bones

Hired only because someone had to be hired

ain't no way a healthy able bodied young man running and jumping what, 10ft if that, should break his god damn shin they way he did.

I under the tearing of muscles, the twisting of joints but the breaking of ya whole shin and to have it break thru the way it did speaks volumes on what they really taking into they body.

I wasn't going to go down that roid route cause I ain't as informed as I used to be

I blame the food

making tweens thick, boys becoming females, men becoming injury prone, women become *more* crazy

Watch what you eat ppl, the estrogen is strong out chea
