Voting for 3rd party candidates is the same as not voting at all because you already know that person has absolutely no chance to win.
except that your ignorant ass explained your reasoning like this: "This thread was clearly created to make sure a certain segment of this site "Own it" when it comes to their past posts, and not attempt to position themselves against Trump once he starts fucking up. They pushed for Donald Trump to be our next president, so they're responsible for all of his actions against my people.........because he's about to shit on black & brown people."

so a post wherein someone says "i select a third-party option" is now saying "i pushed for Donald Trump to be president?" get the fuck out of here with this shit.

ps. spare me the "but but but WHERE you voted third-party matters" since you put me on your fucking list when that doesn't apply at all. this is all just about you continuing your same line of bullshit.

Learn to read, goofy. The following sentences are in the OP on first page........

"Everything bad that happens to black people these next four years (and beyond because of Trump's new supreme court choices) is partially on your head. This not only goes to the Trump supporters, but those that voted 3rd party, as well."

Bad things dont happen to blacks only when the president is republican

Quite true, but anyone would be a fool to argue that a republican President, Senate majority, House majority, majority state Governors, and lopsided republican supreme court is a good thing for blacks.

The supreme court is the biggest issue because they are going to shape anti-minority laws that will be in place 40 years after Trump leaves office. Trump, the Senate, and the House are also gonna craft laws that will make it virtually impossible for Democrats to ever regain power again.

Dig this post up years from now and you will see what I wrote is the truth.

To many of you "kneegrows" have an apathetic attitude towards the process. Yes, Black people will still survive however you're either naive, misinformed, or to smart for your own good (which I suspect a lot of yall are) if you think Republicans controlling all 3 branches of government won't affect Blacks even more negatively than we are already affected.

Trump and his advisors will appoint Supreme Court justices that will enact laws that will be out there for decades or longer maybe even generations.

I also see a lot of cats saying they sat this election out as if selecting presidential candidates was the only thing on the ballot; I had to vote on about a dozen different things where I am not even including the president. Then "some" want to be on some eff them cacs and I don't understand why this racist politician, sheriff, mayor, governor, or police chief is in power when something pops off.

Yes, we have been dealt a crap hand as Black people in this country, but some of yall deserve men like Donald Trump and his buddy Mike Pence whom is a religious zealot and overt bigot.

These are strictly fantasies imagined by you

How about you stop speculating the worst and take a look at what legislation is ACTUALLY enacted

A lot of you niggas have a habit of forming your opinions based on your own emotions, not factual evidence

And secondly, the intelligent posters have been making the point that voting on the next president is stupid for black people to do because no one has earned our votes

All of us have made it clear that voting om local issues is very important

Do you see how you framed your argument in a way for you to argue against and you completely disregarded what was actually said?

Smh this is the behavior of a pseudo-intellectual

I don't imagine fantasies or form my opinions based on emotion, how about you stop jumping to conclusions based on my opinion as to how you believe I came to a thought.

Secondly, I've seen several of you gentlemen say you skipped voting altogether and I am not simply speaking just the presidential election.

Thirdly, lets just agree to disagree. There is nothing pseudo about my intellect just because it doesnt align with yours. We won't agree and I'm not trying to change your opinion you have it figured out apparently.

Ok cool what type of legislation has trump enacted in the past?

And if he has never been in a position to create legislation, are you not just imagining the worst of what he COULD do?

Are you understanding what I'm saying?

Also, please name the names of the people who said not to vote all together, thanks

Y'all love speaking in generalities smh

From what I'm reading everybody's mad because some posters aren't eating up the fear mongering and bleek disposition that's been given by (let's be honest) the power behind the gay agenda

That's where this upheaval and dissent is really stemming from.

Bitches

Mexicans

Niggas

Never had a voice but all of a sudden these groups gettin petitions and etc? Nah b open your eyes you gettin fleeced into fighting for gay rights

Niggas have made their stances very clear. We did not like none of the candidates so we did not vote. How is not voting because we didn't like the candidates a bad thing?

I guess its not for the very few who really didnt care who won. But most of these people actually did and do care. I'd say the actual amount who were completely neutral and didnt care who would be president was very small. In the end its a bad thing for those who would have rather the candidate who didnt win actually become the President. A lot of the nonvoters would have liked a different outcome they just played themselves and did nothing. Again this doesnt apply to the extremely small percentage who dont care. Even though it effects them too.

And now those people-the ones who actually do care (the vast majority of nonvoters) have to live with the fact that its on them. Not the ones who actually let their choice be known.

I, and many others would've voted if either candidate actually earned our vote.

And Im not buying attempts to rationalize. I havent run across one person who really doesnt care now that its over. Voters and nonvoters alike. The difference is voters can actually say at least they did their part so hey, nonvoters cant. Nonvoters who chose irrelevance chose to be irrelevant to the discussion anyway.
