Teacher's assistant, 27, accused of having oral sex and intercourse with two male students, 18 and 17

A teacher's assistant in New Jersey is being accused of sleeping with two male students.

Melissa Bradley, 27, was arrested May 4 and booked in Essex County Jail after administrators at Belleville high school reported her behavior to the police.

It's uncertain how the school found out Bradley had sexual relations with two teen students, but she is accused of having oral sex and intercourse with the boys.

The two students were born in 1996. One just turned 18 while the other is 17.

Kathy Carter of the Essex County Prosecutor's Office says Bradley had a relationship with one of the boys between May 2013 and February 2014.

The other relationship overlapped by a month and started last January to this March.

Bradley has been charged with seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

She is still being held on $500,000 bond at the Essex County Jail.

School district officials confirmed that they reported the incident to NJ.com, but would not elaborate on the situation.

Union County teacher charged with sex with student

MONROE, N.C. -- A Union County high school science teacher has been arrested and charged with having sex with a student.

Twenty-eight-year-old Jessica Marie Deck was arrested Thursday and charged with indecent liberties with a 17-year-old male student. Deck was to appear in court Friday. It was not clear if she has an attorney. Deck teaches chemistry and physics at Sun Valley High School. Union County Public Schools spokesman Rob Jackson says she has been suspended with pay. Jackson says Deck has been a teacher at the school since 2012.

Former Allen ISD teacher’s aide accused of having sex with student

A former teacher’s aide at Allen High School was arrested Thursday on suspicion of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female student.

Kearney Day, 20, of McKinney is charged with improper relationship between an educator and a student. She was released from Collin County jail on $10,000 bond. As part of her bond, Day is not to have contact with the student or anyone else under age 17 either in person, by phone or by any other means.

Day could not be reached for comment.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit from Allen police, the student went to her principal about the relationship in early April. School officials contacted police.

During a police interview the student said the relationship began in January when she was 16. The student said she and Day would communicate throughout the school day on a social application called Kik.com. The student said she considered Day to be her girlfriend but denied any sexual contact, according to the affidavit.

“She stated that if something sexual had taken place that she would not tell police about it because she would not ‘ruin Day’s life,’ ” according to the affidavit.

The student provided a photo to school officials showing Day in her bed on Valentine’s Day, according to the affidavit. She told police Day had had a sleepover while the student’s mom had been away.

Allen ISD spokesman Tim Carroll said Day worked as an instructional aide and was terminated from the district on April 4 when the allegations first came to light.

During an interview with police, Day said the student was having family problems, so she and the student talked about that at school. Later in the interview she told police the two talked on Kik.com but never had contact outside of school. Further into the interview, Day confirmed she had been inside the student’s bedroom and had stayed over one night.

Kik messages between the two were retrieved by police from the student’s cell phone. Day confirmed to police that she sent them, the affidavit stated. One message said, “Mm I want you.” Another read: “‘Cause I’m about to lose my goddamn job over this (expletive). Keep your mouth shut about me. So much for being able to trust you to in the beginning idek if ill be able to talk to you in the hallway now cause someone’s spying on my (expletive).”

According to the affidavit, Day told police she sent the suggestive messages but denied any sexual contact with the student. She said she only hugged the student and gave her a back rub, the affidavit stated.

On Wednesday, the student contacted police again. She told police she didn’t tell the full story during the first interview because she still had feelings for Day and wanted to protect Day. The student said she thought that she really loved Day but that she just wants to put it behind her now, the affidavit stated. The student said “that sex did take place” multiple times during that sleepover on Valentine’s Day, according to the affidavit.

Day was arrested on Thursday. The charge of improper relationship between an educator and student is a second-degree felony. Punishment is up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

South Carolina teacher, 29, 'had sex with THREE of her students during a house party'

A 29-year-old teacher has been accused of having sex with three of her students on the same night. Ellen Niemiec is alleged to have romped with the students during a house party last month. Families of her victims were in court to see the married mother of three face charges of sexual battery with a student. While the charges relate to a single night, the attorney for the victims said there were multiple acts. He also said they took place away from the school but also on the school campus. 'It started off with kind of sexual talk and it ended up dirty talk and then it ended up texting pictures and it's our understanding that this teacher had, would have sexual talks with her class on numerous occasions,' said Mike Bosnak. 'And it escalated from that into, you know, actual physical, the physical part of this.'

Niemiec, from Summerville, South Carolina, taught at Cross High school. She is alleged to have sex with the three students on April 11th. The incident was reported to school staff and police called in to investigate. Arrest warrants were issued and she turned herself in at the sheriff's office Thursday. Berkeley County Magistrate James Polk set her bail at $21,092 during a Thursday night hearing. He also told her to stay out of Cross and have no contact with the high school students there. Berkeley County Detective Brian Fenton read a statement stressing the seriousness of the charges.

'She was entrusted with educating and keeping her students safe,' Fenton said. 'That's the trust she violated. The Cross community is a very tight-knit, small community. In small communities the school is the center of the community. When a teacher violates her students' trust, she essentially violates the whole community's trust.' Her attorney David Aylor told the Post and Courier newspaper he didn't have a chance to talk with Niemiec. 'Obviously, this is the very beginning of the case,' he said. 'This is obviously extremely difficult for her and her family.'

Niemiec was placed on administrative leave when the allegations surfaced and she is no longer employed at Cross High, the Berkeley County School District said in a statement.'The safety of all students is the top priority of the Berkeley County School District,' said the district. 'Under no circumstances does the Berkeley County School District condone or tolerate any inappropriate conduct between its employees and students.'

Former Permian trainer Collins indicted

A second former ECISD employee has been arrested in connection with reports of improper relationships with students. April Collins, 28, was arrested Monday morning in connection with four June 10 indictments accusing her of an improper relationship between a teacher and a student.

Both Collins, who was a Permian trainer, and former Permian swim coach Kathryn Maples, 28, were investigated in the spring in connection with the accusations. Maples was accused of having a relationship with a 17-year-old student and Collins was accused of having a relationship with a 19-year-old student. Collins’ four-count indictment pertains to two counts of pictures in text messages and two counts of online solicitation, while Maples’ three-count indictment was specific to two counts of pictures in text messages and one count of online solicitation.

Four Teachers Resign, Fifth Commits Suicide Over Affairs With Students

Something strange is going on at Permian High School in Odessa, Texas — numerous teachers are resigning surrounding alleged inappropriate relationships with their students. One educator even took his own life.

Permian is already famous for being the inspiration behind the Friday Night Lights book, film and TV series, but their legacy is changing. On Wednesday Mark Lampman, a government teacher and assistant girls golf coach, was found dead in an open field from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Lampman recently resigned from his Permian post after allegations surfaced that he’d had a sexual relationship with a student, according to the Daily News. The 47-year-old was the fifth Permian teacher to be investigated and resign for sexual impropriety with a student.

Last week 25-year-old assistant softball coach Alisha Carrasco Knighten resigned following rumors of an inappropriate student relationship. In April, another unnamed Permian staffer left for similar reasons.

In 2013, Kathryn Maples and April Collins, both of whom were 28, resigned and were arrested in June for similar circumstances. Both were indicted on charges stemming from inappropriate student relationships. Collins was also charged with sexting and online solicitation of a student. The pair are awaiting trial, according to the Odessa American.

Superintendent Tom Crowe spoke to the faculty on Wednesday and said the following:

“We support you, the board supports you. What you do, 99.9 percent are in it for the right reasons,” Crowe said. He said he wants the community to understand there is really good work by outstanding staff at ECISD and at Permian.

Crowe did take a different tone in talking about the teachers who put ECISD in a bad light.

“I did tell (Permian staff) when we get reports like this we’re going to investigate them. And if they are true… I’ll work with the prosecutors to carry it to the full extent of the law.”

In 2010, another Permian teacher resigned for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a student but was acquitted at trial.

A 41-year-old anime voice actor and drama teacher from Houston started a sexual relationship with one of his 16-year-old students and when police caught on, he took her to Las Vegas and married her - with her mother's consent, police say. Investigators believe Ilich Guardiola was trying to cover his tracks when he took the girl and her mother to a quickie wedding in Nevada - one week after the teen told police that she and her teacher were 'in love.'Guardiola was arrested Thursday at his apartment in Spring Valley, Texas - in front of his new teenage bride. He cannot be prosecuted for any sexual contact that he had with the girl after they were married - it's a legally binding union.

However, police believe he also he and the girl were together before they were married. Officers stopped Guardiola for speeding on April 14 with the girl in his car. He said he was simply taking her home. But her story didn't match up. She eventually told officers that she and Guardiola were 'in love' and that they had had sex at his apartment at least two times. When officers confiscated Guardiola's phone, they found multiple text messages between the two, including one in which the girl told him 'I love having sex with you.'

He is a teacher, director and actor at the Houston Family Arts Center - a community theater organization whose mission is to provide 'a safe and encouraging environment that fosters creativity, respect, personal growth, and character development' for children and teens. In March, Guardiola starred alongside the girl in the children's theater production of 'Freckleface Strawberry.' He also directed the play. The girl's mother told police she knew Guardiola was with her daughter - but said he was only supposed to be giving her a ride home.

However, according to court documents, she was present in Las Vegas when Guardiola married her 16-year-old daughter eight days later on April 22 - despite an age difference of 25 years. Children as young as 16 are allowed to marry in both Texas and Nevada - so long as they have the permission of a parent. Police told KHOU-TV that the mother agreed to the marriage because she was afraid that reporting the relationship would hurt her daughter's future acting career.

In addition to his job as a drama teacher, Guardiola is a well-known voice actor for English translations of Japanese anime. He has played minor roles in several animated movies and TV shows, including One Piece and Area 88. In one role, he voiced an older character who had seduced a young female companion. Guardiola has been married twice before. His first wife, Kaytha Coker, told MailOnline she ended her marriage of seven years to the actor because she suspected he had been unfaithful.

She said Guardiola called her several weeks ago and asked for the phone number of a brother-in-law, who is an attorney. He told her that he had been stopped by the police taking a student home and that the officers had seized his phone.

'He didn't think they could do that,' she said. Coker said she wasn't shocked by the revelation by rather, heartbroken. 'The man is unbelievably gifted and had everything in the world going for him,' she said.

Kellyville High School Teacher Arrested For Sex With Student

CREEK COUNTY, Oklahoma - A Kellyville English teacher has been arrested for second degree rape in connection to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a high school student.

Kalyn Darby Thompson, 25, resigned from her position at Kellyville High School in April, an arrest report states. She turned herself into authorities Monday morning.

Creek County Detective Chrissie Underwood said she met with Kellyville administrators who told her Thompson was involved with an 18-year-old student. The high school principal said the teacher and student had been exchanging texts "of a sexual nature," and had been seen together outside school - having dinner together and once parked outside a Glenpool business in the student's pickup.

The student's mother also reportedly told investigators the teen admitted to having sex with his teacher at Heyburn Lake in Creek County and again at the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa.

Detectives also recovered text messages between the two on their phones. Police say some of those messages were sexual in nature while others mention "getting high" and school grades.

The arrest report states that the student was flunking English last semester but currently has a 98 percent grade point average.

Thompson, a Glenpool resident, was booked on a complaint of second degree rape. Her bond was set at $35,000.
