SILOAM SPRINGS (KFSM) – The Siloam Springs teacher accused of having sex with a student is heading back to court on Dec. 10, officials say.

Mary F. McCormick, 32, was arrested in August on suspicion of raping and exchanging explicit photographs with a 13-year-old boy. She was later released on a $50,000 BOND. On Sept. 11, she resigned from her job, officials say.

She’ll be back in court for a pretrial hearing on Wednesday, according to officials.

Siloam Springs detectives began investigating McCormick Aug. 8 amid reports she ENGAGED in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a young teenager. The incidents occurred between June and August, according to the Siloam Springs Police Department.

Through the investigation, police said they collected evidence suggesting there was an exchange of electronic messages, photographs and a sexual relationship between McCormick and the victim.

A probable cause affidavit states the two had consensual sex at least twice. Under Arkansas law, “consensual” sex between an adult and an underage minor is considered rape because the minor cannot legally consent.

The encounters began after a friend dared the 13 year old to contact McCormick, the affidavit states. In one instance, the boy and a friend went over to the teacher’s apartment to watch a movie. The friend left, but the 13 year old stayed and later had sex with the teacher in her bedroom, the affidavit states.

The teacher and student sent each other Snap Chat messages of each other’s genitalia during the sexual relationship, police said. A 12-year-old female friend of the victim said she discovered one of the Snap Chats accidentally after borrowing the victim’s phone. The message showed McCormick wearing nothing but a towel, along with sexual comments, ACCORDING to the probable cause affidavit.

Investigators later confiscated two USB THUMB DRIVES, an Apple iPad, two Apple iPhones and a desktop computer in connection with the case. Police said they searched McCormick’s Snap Chat account and found multiple photographs and videos of the victim, along with a photograph of a woman’s breasts believed to belong to McCormick.

An eyewitness told police she saw several inappropriate sexual messages and photographs while looking through the victim’s iPhone, including one of McCormick with wet hair while showing her breasts. The accompanying text stated, “I’m not dirty anymore,” the probable cause affidavit states. The eyewitness said she also saw other messages showing a romantic relationship between the victim and McCormick, the affidavit states.

An Arizona yoga instructor who stands charged with performing sexual acts with a child after allegedly letting boys fondle her at a bar mitvah said on Wednesday that she has proof she was drugged at the time.

Lindsey Ann Radomski, 33, of Scottsdale faces 18 charges including with sexual indecency with a child after the March 22 birthday celebration at which cops say she invited flashed several boys as young as 11 to fondle her bare breasts before performing a 'sex act' on the 15-year-old.

Radomski has maintained from the start that she was drugged and on Wednesday her attorney told a court during an evidentiary hearing that a hair tests proves she was slipped the date rape drug GHB.

attorney Jocquese Blackwell told KPNX. 'We're trying to see if we can get the court to throw the case out.

'A woman that's incapacitated can't consent to any sexual contact, any sexual assault,' Blackwell said.

According to court records, in the early hours of March 22, while most of the bar mitzvah guests were asleep or had gone home, Lindsey Ann Radomski allegedly invited seven boys, aged 11 to 15, into a bedroom and let them fondle her surgically augmented breasts.

The victim's parents learned of the encounter and went to the police.

Radomski's attorney said his client is all but unable to defend herself since she cannot recall the incident, but that she shouldn't have to.

'Ms. Radomski has no memory of what happened in that room and because she has no memory, from her perspective and from my perspective as her attorney, it didn't happen and we'll see what happens in court,' Blackwell told KPNX.

Married Arizona teachers arrested in sexual misconduct case after husband 'had three-year relationship with 15-year-old student'

Two married Arizona teachers have been arrested after the husband allegedly had a sexual relationship with an underage student that his wife knew about but failed to report.

Brian Woolsey, 45, allegedly began his three-year relationship with the student, who was 15 years old at the time, in January 2010, according to Peoria police.

Jennifer Woolsey, 38, found out about the relationship during that time, police said, but did not inform authorities.

Brian Woolsey is facing multiple charges of sexual conduct with a minor, as well as two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

His wife faces charges of failing to report sexual abuse, according to the Peoria Independent. Police said the victim, who is now an adult, reported the alleged relationship to police on Thursday.

The couple, who are both teachers at Sunrise Mountain High School and have two young children, were arrested the following day.

Brian Woolsey is a math teacher and his wife teaches language arts, according to the school's website.

Peoria Unified School District spokeswoman Erin Dunsey said the teachers were not taken into custody at the school, which was notified of their arrest Friday morning.

The school district said it had never received information regarding any alleged misconduct involving Brian or Jennifer Woolsey until after their arrest, according to The Arizona Republic.

The teachers have since been placed on administrative leave and the school is conducting an investigation.

A high school teacher allegedly showed off before-and-after pictures of her boob job to three of her students.

Melissa Kidd, 34, showed the 'obscene' pictures of her bare breasts either side of an augmentation procedure to three of her students, aged 16 to 18, police said.

Kidd, who teaches at Woodside High School in Newport News, Virginia, was in a school building when she called up the pictures on her iPhone and gave the youngsters a look, according to court documents.

One student also said that he or she saw even more. According to the documents: 'One juvenile victim additionally reported being shown nude photographs of Kidd's breasts and genital areas'.

According to the Smoking Gun, which obtained the probable cause statement, police first searched her phone in April, and filed a warrant in May to do another search of the device to extract more data.

Woodside High School began investigating Kidd after the allegations were made, but stopped after she quit her job on April 17, local news station WTKR reported.

Detectives are investigating her for taking indecent liberties with a child, a felony which punishable by as much as ten years in prison.

According to WTKR, Kidd is yet to be arrested or formally charged. She is new to the teaching profession, and holds a provisional teaching license designed for those changing careers.

Angela Leslie, who child attends Woodside, told the local station: 'To me that’s pornographic, it’s not okay. It’s not okay. I hope it’s not true.'

A former Houston middle school teacher has been arrested after she admitted to investigators that she was in love with one of her students and had sex with him “on almost a daily basis” starting when he was just 13 years old.

Alexandria Vera, 24, turned herself in on charges that she sexually abused the boy, who is now 14, while carrying on a relationship with him for nearly five months. Vera admitted to investigators that she became pregnant during the fling, according to court documents obtained by the Houston Chronicle.

“I have chills just because of this, just think that the teacher would even do something like this,” Mary Claycomb, a parent at the boy’s school, told ABC 13.

Vera posted $100,000 bond and repeatedly ignored reporters questions as she left the Montgromery County courthouse on Wednesday afternoon.

The accused sex offender — who did not respond to the Daily News' request for comment — allegedly began seeing the boy in September of last year, after he was a summer school student in her 8th grade English class at Stovall Middle School, court documents say.

The flirtation began when the teen asked Vera for her Instagram handle so that they could follow each other on the photo-sharing app.

Vera initially refused the request but then messaged the boy on Instagram when he didn’t show up to class, the disgraced former teacher told an Aldine Independent School District campus officer last month when he questioned her about the unseemly relationship.

The inappropriate rapport escalated after they exchanged phone numbers and started spending time with each other outside of school, court papers allege.

Other students witnessed the pair packing on the PDA in class.

“He liked grabbed her butt, and everybody saw it,” a student, who didn’t identify herself, told the local ABC affiliate. “And then they were talking about it.”

The boy allegedly stayed the night at Vera’s house frequently and they would have sex with each other nearly every day, according to court documents.

Neighbors told the Houston Chronicle that Vera would introduce him as her little brother when they saw him with her at the house.

When an investigator with the school district’s police department confronted her about the relationship, she told officials the two were in love and the boy’s parents were accepting of their relationship.

Vera was put on administrative leave immediately following the April interview in which she candidly admitted to the relationship, a statement from the school said.

"Aldine ISD has been made aware that charges have been filed against a former Stovall Middle School teacher involved in inappropriate behavior with a male student," a release from the school read.

Vera said she met the boy’s parents at a school open house and was later introduced to his family as the teen’s girlfriend, court papers say.

When Vera became pregnant with the boy’s baby, the family “were very supportive and excited about the baby,” according to court documents.

Vera, who also has a 4-year-old daughter, later had an abortion when Children’s Protective Services came to the school to question her about the relationship.

The former teacher told investigators that she denied the relationship and the pregnancy to CPS officials.

The Aldine Independent School District police department handed over the investigation to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, who were initially unable to find Vera at her home.
