He drank up to 15 bottles off water per day.

Bill’s diet was extremely high in protein, but low in fat.

Sleep and naps are a very part of the equation for Goldberg.

Bill Goldberg Diet

Bill Goldberg’s diet is high in protein, low in fat. He’ll eat 12 egg whites and one yolk for breakfast along with half a pound of turkey bacon and half a pot of coffee. His typical lunch includes as much protein as possible. In addition, Goldberg drinks a lot of water, up to 15 bottles per day.Another important part of Bill Goldberg’s workout routine and diet plan is getting adequate rest. He tries to always get a good night’s rest and manages to take naps during the day as well.

Ya Im trying to get batistas/goldbergs traps, Cenas arms, Brock's backand Morrison'/Ziggler Abs. Maybe a slightly bigger Ravishing Rude body type when I'm all done, but I'm about Cena's height. I already look like I weigh more than i do, due to my physiology and metabolism. Still think I need to get to 240-250 with les sthan 5% body fat is my aim.

Maybe i can start a workout music thread mixed with wrestling themes, hip hop, rock and other shit. I think we all need to see this as improving our health and the best us physically in the long run and pass it on to the next gen.

I'm trying to lean out, i definitely ain't trying to put on anymore weight, I'm 228 lbs. I wanna lose around 30 lbs. If I can look like Randy Orton from a few yrs back, life would be great
