This might turn out to be a collector's edition. No other sports game are kept when the next one comes out, but since this one has Jordan, and the challenges and even 10 other teams he played during his era (not to mention the possibility of DLC for more teams), I can honestly see niggas playing NBA 2K11 4-5 years from now.

Anybody know what's up with the dribbling? I can't handle the ball for shit.

I even switched it the the alternate controller so I can dribble with B and spin with Y, and when ever I press those buttons nothing works for me.

Update:I'm beastin' online 6-0,I've beat the Heat 3 times,2 blowouts and one by a 3-point game winner by Willie Green over Bron Bron.This game was epic,I was the Hornets and my opponent was the Heat.Back and forth the whole game.4th quarter he's up 3 points and I have 1.6 seconds to get a shot off,I sub in ALL shooters CP3,Thorton,Peja,Belinelli,and willie green.I curl off a screen, pass it to Thorton he hits the 3 OVERTIME.Overtime same thing,back and forth he's up 2 points I have 2.1 seconds to get off a shot again I sub in ALL shooters same lineup as before this time I curl from center court 3-point line all the way to the right corner pass it to Willie Green... SPLASH he drains it I win.

for those that need defense advice against the Heat:Try not to let Lebron AND D-Wade get off, choose one,because one of them is gonna get theirs regardless.I personally double Lebron from the perimeter so he can't get those easy drives,try to make Bron and Wade shoot from outside stay in fornt of them EARLY or else they'll burn you.Also watch the open shooters...House,Miller,Bosh,Chalmers.SMH at this guy picking the Heat AND cheating,you know the trick where your opponent makes the screen lag ? He was doing that and he still lost.

Really liking this game. Anybody complaining about the passing, you'll get it down eventually so don't worry. My only complaint is the isomotion dribbling. Time to put it to bed, always has sucked and always will.

Yesterday I played the Jordan challenge from the 92' Finals and I came close to completing it until Drexler scored in the last minute of the game and crazy thing was, it was a blowout win man I was pissed. I'm not even trying to go online yet until I get whole mechanics down pat b/c I need to learn the new crossover controls.

Some people have been hard at work with creating custom music for different teams.. check this out you can download it and pick and choose as you please.. this is for both 360/ps3..

All the info you need is in this thread give it a look.. and add some personalization to your arena.. and players.. it wont work online but its for your own enjoyment

Icon pass .. Press the right bumper/L1 no PS3 then use the buttons or pass using the stick.. works out better.. just gotta be careful.. i definitely know what you mean.

I have no idea,after I beat my first Jordan challenge those were the first J's I unlocked,the more you play the more shoes you unlock.I unlocked some just by playing an exhibition game.The programmers of 2K said that getting the sneakers will be just like in real life where the better Jordans are harder to come by,like 3's,4's,1's,5,s,Space Jams so you get the better shoes later.

I've finshed 7 of the Jordan challenges,the hardest one's are the Utah ones,where you have to get 7 boards,and the last dance one where you need 4 steals....I was at 2

Ok so far I've only beaten 2 of them so far I damn near completed the 92 Finals one but every time I try to contain Drexler to 10 or 12 points he ends up scoring at the last min. I'll give you a few keys to the challenges I completed though.

-The Shrug: 35pts and 6 3's in the first half came easy to me but the hard part is containing Drexler. My advice go to defensive strategy and highlight drexler and set the pressures to put on him. Also, have Pippen help double Drexler slow it slows him down some. Use this strategy as well for the Shoot out challenge as well

-Double Nickle (The Knicks):I just completed this and you REALLY!! have to play smart ball. One thing I did was change the defensive assignments I had Pippen checking Starks that stops him from shooting that 3 ball like crazy and your scoring has to be consistent with Jordan

-Bad Boys: Just don't turn the ball over a lot and pass the ball to open shooters to get those 4 assists the scoring part should be somewhat easy but again you have to pass wisely and know when to score.

You should easily be able to beat the Bad Boys challenge that's the first one I done and the easiest out of them all. You really have to watch your passing that's the key and and far as scoring on defenders pump fake first and then go back up with the rock.
