Much respect to Slick Rick but when it comes to Lyricism,Storytellin,Creativity & diversity no emcee can match Nas....Son got all these Categories on Lock. It aint debatable. Is there a better Storytellin song than Undyin Love/I Gave you Power in Hiphop History? Dont think so. The only ones that come close are Childrens story,Art of storytellin,Niggaz Bleed,Brendas gotta baby etc

Nas, just barely. in terms of just story telling, both are the best, but Ricky D is more of an entertainer with his stories (the ending of "Adult Story (Indian Girl)" still cracks me up) & Nas teaches a lesson with his stories. I can't think of any rapper besides Nas that can tell a story in the PoV of a gun, that's crazy.

UPDATE: Nas told last night at his concert that he was dropping part II to Distant Relatives now see what's included, such as with features from Lauryn Hill, Mary J Blige

Speaking to HipHopDX last night Nas revealed that in november-december he'll be releasing a "Distant Relatives II" of that album's 2010 sequel, Only Distant Relatives. Pt II with new bonus materials. "I'm really excited about that," said Nas. "There's gonna be some new material and stuff that y'all never heard before. I'm just tryin' to just secure my fan-base. I'm lettin' 'em know that Nas is here. I'm not tryin' to do no 2 years hiatus no more. I'm tryin' to be as relevant as I can right now."
