Get you a joint roller at your local head shop. 5 bucks top. Roll perfect Js. Or those Raw cones. Just stuff ur bud in em and twist at the end. Makes a perfect cone

Personally, I find that smoking daily has a knock-on effect; each successive day increases feelings of paranoia.

Generally allowing myself 24-48 hours of recovery time is enough to get the controlled high back.
