the point was jay was talkin about "lady money" etc...and him and his wife who are a power couple cant even outsell the nigga wayne put together

he can flow, good delivery, dope production, can beast on songs when he wants to, sometimes comes mediocre, overall he is a strong artist who makes hit records

i dont judge an artist solely on lyrics, it's a subjective topic

i judge an artist on the complete package .i.e songs....and Wayne is a top tier rapper in the current climate

i'm not askin what you judge an artist on and i partially agree with you. i think wayne used to be able to go in on beats (i.e. no celings) and used to be able to make meaningful music (i.e. something you forgot, man i miss my dawgs, etc).

so again, what do you rate c4 strictly concerning yourself with lyrics and not including anyone other than wayne in your rating?
