I know alot of people who think that he is dope, and im open minded in music so i try to listen to this cat, but even with the first 4 songs posted, it just seem like dude thinks that he's overly persecuted, and the whole world dumping on em, it just seems like so much whining, guess you gotta be a certain type of dude to get into his music , i guess i mean it dont seem like his music comes from strength but more from weakness, its hard to sit down and listen to somebody being weak, when you strive to be strong

Most of his best work was done after getting dropped from Def jam and being kind of lost for a minute.The loss of his deal became part of his image.Ppl like Joe as an underdog and his career got better from him venting his frustration.
