The song with Jhene Aiko is not called Momentous Occasions, Drake said that's a stupid title

With the September 24th release date of Drake’s Nothing Was The Same approaching, more details continue to be revealed. And today, Billboard reveals a few more quotes from their Fall Music preview that speak on album cuts “Pound Cake” featuring Jay-Z and “Wu-Tang Forever.”

On the ’90s-rap-inspired song “Wu Tang Forever,” he weaves boasts of sexual virility around a plinking piano and rapid-fire drums. The outro to the album, tentatively titled “Pound Cake,” features two incisive verses from Jay Z, even as Drake asserts himself above any and all competition by the song’s climactic ending. “Studied the game to the letter and I did it better, like I’m supposed to feel guilty?” he rhymes.

Rapper Drake has taken to sleeping in the studio in an effort to complete his new album by his label deadline of 9 September.

The Best I Ever Had hitmaker has holed himself up at the Metalworks Studios in his native Toronto, Canada with his producer Noah '40′ Shebib as they work around the clock tofinish Nothing Was The Same, as record bosses need him to turn in the masters within days in order to stick to the project's planned release later this month.

Speaking to RollingStone.com on Friday, he said, "We have just 10 days before we turn it in. I'm literally sleeping in the studio on an air mattress. We're working 24-hour days to make sure the story is done, front to back. It has to be a new point of discovery

Outside of the singles and Jay-Z/Lil Wayne features, not much is known about Nothing Was The Same. Speaking with Rolling Stone for their Fall Music Preview, Drake and his producer Noah “40″ Shebib offer a few more details about the Toronto’s emcee’s third go’round. Calling the LP a “huge change in tone,” 40 says Drake is shedding the nice-guy approach and “stepping up the attitude and playing hardball.” On the intro “Tuscan Leather,” 40 says:

It’s a three-staged record – one [Whitney Houston] sample flipped three different ways, with a verse over each beat.

The two also revealed that we’ll be hearing a follow-up to Drake’s solo version of Rick Ross’ “Aston Martin Music” from three years ago. Simply titled “Paris Morton Music II.”

Drake, meanwhile, cites the standout track “Paris Morton Music II” as the clearest proof that he’s stepped up his game. “That track excites me from a rap standpoint, just getting off bars and different flows,” he says. “I played it for J. Cole, on some rap buddy-buddy shit, and he was like, ‘Damn!’”

Nothing Was The Same, September 24th. Peace to nation on the heads up.
