That limited promotion shit is fuckin stupid. Only a sheep would buy an album without even hearing a single, especially from artists whose recent music hasn't been up to par. I'm not spending my hard earned money on a mystery disc. Drake already had a smash hit for this album with Started From the Bottom so I'm sure he won't be a follower and try to copy that limited promotion shit. Nothing wrong with building anticipation for an album the traditional way aka music.

We've heard countless albums from Jay, which may I point out, with very limited subject matter, and that mini youtube promo ain't did nothing to make you think its going to be anything innovative or groundbreaking from this nigga, sounds like the same shyt, but just better articulated, smh... all well, this nigga been told us he was a hustler, so shouldn't be surprised, and I doubt he moves the same numbers as Ye...

Jay is bigger & more likeable than Ye.

Add, Jay been did this with American Gangster.

Now Hov has our attention, I expect Jay to drop a single this week or next

Idk if anyone remembers but around when Drake dropped Take Care he was also planning on doing an r&b album that was scrapped for TC. I'm assuming that this, and the shitty Aailyah track that leaked (though I did see a grandma bump that at cumberland farms) are remnants of that project.

As for a commercialized formula though, I feel as if you could compare Drake's releases to each other and they'd all sound different.

Subject matter though it feels like dude is growing up and not really making that corny emotional shit that was all over Take Care.
