Also I agree, it was obvious the plan was for the Joker to return which is why he didn't die in TDK. I'd like to give a happy 20th Anniversary shout-out to "Batman Returns" can't believe it's been 20 years, criminally under-rated movie in the Batman Franchise:

My brother hates our local for this reason...at the Avengers and Spider-Man 3, every seat was taken...everyone there a loud nigga...there was little to no silence in that theatre
