As far as mainstream goes, yeah this is the mainstream album of the year. I like UnDun, but The Roots at times can be a tad depressing musically LOL. Common's album has the perfect combo of beats, rhymes, and growth for the mainstream. Common and The Roots got the best albums this year released on a mainstream label, props to them for making good ass music.

The Dreamer is my shit though, I like Lovin I Lost a lot, Cloth is that shit, and Sweet has been my joint for a while too. Aint really no wack songs on there.

damn im a huge common fan and i gotta say this album isn't his best work, and DAMN SURE NOT ALBUM OF THE YEAR. not many memorable tracks on this album, pops belief is my favorite and technically it's an outerlude. and the first joint with maya angelo is dope too.so sweet got a nice beat, but common talking wreckless on it is out of his character, it was weird listening to that the first time and him talking shit about someone being soft, shit was weird. besides those two it's an OK album.

I think john legend ruined the track the remix goes hard though and its my favorite track kind of reminded me of a RZA beat. Too much singing on the hooks on this album. But solid release....finding forever is still his best recent release.
