Tomorrow the Bank of England will make an announcement - potentially about reducing the base rate. If that happens then expect the interest rates on savings and mortgages in the UK to drop.

people don't want me to bash Islam but you are fooling yourself if you think immigration and especially Muslim immigration had nothing to do with half the voting public in England deciding to vote leave... I mean WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE A PROBLEM ACKNOWLEDGING THIS??? especially when it's so fucking obvious

@zzombie bash islam. They had a fuck ton of us in slavery and Muhummad never said no to that shit. So fuck em, but I think people also see you as contradictory because of the trans-atlantic slave trade. It's logical to assume both Abrahamic religions and their history of slavery, but the new testatement does preach against enslavement. But if a believer is enslaved is to remain a good servant which is the antithesis to Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman by both were believers and seen it in a different light, same as John Brown and Nat Turner

LOL. Davis the minister of 'Brexit' has said realistic timetable for exclusion from the EU is December 2018... I read in evening papers today

=)

I DON'T KNOW WHY people thought brexit would happen in a flash??? bureaucracies always drag their feet and any way the desire to leave the eu is slowly growing in other member states now brussels is talking about putting sanctions on spain and portugal and i am pretty sure that's going to go over great in those nations.

On another note these are two currencies i want to see drop : the pound and the canadian loonie

Michael Gove was cold blooded.

Right? Had him following Boris all around during the Brexit campaign like he was gonna be Chancellor and shit while Boris became PM.

That dude (Boris) just fought for nothing really

@zzombie they've been reported xenophobic attacks on East Europeans mainly Polish immigrants by Brits. I know some Muslims were involved in the abuse and attacks but since you don't live in Britain I don't think you have all your facts correct..

Islam isn't or wasn't the main cause of Britain deciding to leave Europe. They were a whole lotta factors involved

i don't have to live in Britain to know what's going on there international news, blogs and other sources of attaining information do exist. There were many factors in play that caused brexit but immigration was a major one

Who gives a fuck what happens there

Well this is massive indication on how America could vote in the election. Based on the changing tides of the world.

Basically this indicates it is very likely Trump could be your next POTUS.

Americans are too lazy and to caught up in online banking/commerce (including me) to make a full on bank run and take all their cash out of the banks/matrix.

I will be watching what INDEPENDENT economists say though. Who knows.....I might take a couple of months living expenses out just for the hell of it and ease it back in over the next 2 month if nothing major happens stateside. Seems over the top but there's nothing to lose in doing it.

Beyond that, I can't call it. I don't know enough about it. But as Dick Gregory would say "the rhythm is changing" in the world. I don't know the full ramifications of Britain leaving but it is good that people see that change is possible because there have not been many global shake ups in the world in the past 30-40 years (beyond American imperialism getting stronger and stronger).

Lol, nah

Lol....
