Puff would have fucked big over sooner or later, seein that jay's ego had not been born yet, big and jay would have put out some classic shit, and then they would most likely feud, eliminatin the life of nas and jay's beef

somewhat

i dont even think BIG would have allowed that nigga Jay to have any major solo success without gettin salty

BIG felt he was the New York don, and never would allow someone like Jay to step on his shoes...

Jay will never be as good as a rapper as Biggie .

And Biggie would've never been as successful as Jay-Z is now.

I agree wit the second part because Big was a loyal dude in it seems to be successful in this business u would have to be cutthroat

Wat makes u say that? I didnt know him personally, but nothin in his short career made me feel like he was a disloyal person.

I pretty much doubt if he would have been as successful (money wise anyway) as Jay. Look at Nas he came out at the same time as Big and has just as much if not more talent then the both of them and he's not as successful as Jay

nas music career was not as successful as BIGS....

BIG has a hustlers mentality, that nigga was in the game to make money, his motivation was the same as Jays

Nas is a different kind of rapper with a different mentality, just like pac...

i just think Pac and Nas care about the people more...the message they send out..pac was into his politics, movies etc,, nigga wanted to donate all the money he made from the makaveli album back to the hood...i dont think he got off on money and cars...nas is similar however just hasnt had the same impact as pac and isnt as multi talented...but they cut from the same cloth.

Jay and Big are all about themselves, greed, power, whoever they have to walk over to get to where they want....same with puff, suge, dame, eazy e, baby....same cloth

Who did Biggie ever "Walk over" son?

no one, he never lived long enough to get to where he wanted, which was the top

biggy would have stepped over diddy come the right moment and soon as he was out of his contract

Big aint need Puff after a certain point, BIG was badboy....he was Puffs income and the person who he;d (puff) use to start up his own record career

Big also died broke similar to Pac....Big would have ran over that snake Puff sooner or later...

It doesn't take a genius to realize that egos as big as Puff, Biggie, Jay and Dame would've collided sooner or later.

So was Biggie all about "HIMSELF" when he decided to put on all his boys who couldn't rap and write an entire album for them? What about when he released Lil Kim solo album? SMH. If he was all about himself there would of never been a Lil Kim or Junior Mafia. Didn't Pac say and I quote, "Any nigga talkin about they ain't in the game to make money is lying". NaS and Pac were in the game to make money also or they wouldn't of been in the record business. Also don't confuse Biggie with Pac. Biggie died with millions in his bank account cause he had his own side label outside of Bad Boy that produced successful albums "Conspiracy and Hard Core" before his death that he was the executive producer of. Mark Curry is just trying to air out Diddy, he don't have access to Biggie's account which was already reported in the millions at the time of his death.

As for the Jay and Big eventually beefin, doubt it. Biggie was about helping Jay's career. They were going to make an album together which would of came out after Jay's Vol 1 album. Big's death stopped an Eastcoast alliance that was going to dominate for many years to come. As for Biggie leaving Puffy, maybe cause again he had his own label already "Undes, look it up" so he didn't need Bad Boy in the long run. He could finish off his contract with Puff and just release his albums on his own label. Big was set in any way you look at it. People tend to forget Biggie in his young career was executively producing successful albums and he only had 1album out while alive. Matter a fact, "Conspiracy and Hardcore" outsold "Resonable Doubt" so Big's side projects were still more popular than Jay's career. Matter of fact, Biggie put Jay on one of his 1st Platinum albums, Lil Kim's debut.
