Dak is not the problem with our offense if you really pay attention to the games, Dak just isn't Romo he doesn't have the knowledge yet to make the changes needed to cover up the problems.

Lmao so that means he is the problem with the offense. He limits the offense because he himself is limited.

I mean am I supposed to expect a second year QB to have the knowledge of a 10+ year vet to change the playcall on the fly? Hoe many QBs had the football IQ to do that in their second year?

Phillip Rivers said in an article after the game against us he was able to know what play we were running before we ran it. Many teams scouts have said we are an easy team to scout but used to be very hard to stop because of talent. Our coaches fucking suck and we won't win shit with them.

To get back to football.

Dak is trash.

You trolling or nah. Cuz Dak is far from trash. He jus is who we thought he was. Dude is a game manager.

He has potential to be better than a game manager.. I remember a time were Russell Wilson was the same thing give it time

All QB look at least decent w time in the pocket and a running game. Look at Keenum

I'm talking about time to develop

Gotcha. I think the lack of great oline play n zeke not being there will be good for Dak

Sources: Chiefs' Reid gives up playcalling duty

Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid plans to hand over playcalling responsibilities to offensive coordinator Matt Nagy for Sunday's game against the New York Jets, according to team sources.

Reid did not respond to inquiries regarding the development, as the Chiefs enter Sunday having lost five of six games after a 5-0 start. A team spokesman claimed to have no knowledge of the change.

It would not be the first time in Reid's coaching career that has he has occasionally turned over playcalling to a coordinator. He did so with Brad Childress in Philadelphia and with Doug Pederson in Kansas City, though the sources said Reid will continue to have strong oversight during the game.

Reid also has given strong vocal support to quarterback Alex Smith, but the same team sources say Smith will be on a shorter leash based upon his performance against the Jets.

Rookie top draft pick Patrick Mahomes is the backup quarterback, but the organizational plans have been for him to sit this season before Smith is put on the trade market in the offseason.

On point. I notice the cowboys been running a simple azz offense since Romo left. Is just that zeke and that Oline made it hard for teams to execute defensively. That playaction was the killer cause zeke would draw so much attention that the middle of the field would leave the middle of the field wide open for dez, witten or beasly

Word on the street is it might happen Monday.

Need to get him out before he does chip Kelly type damage that take years to repair.

The truth is, with a few key offseason moves the giants roster still good enough to compete. But it needs to start w a coach the players respect and feel puts them in the BEST position to win. The players on this squad stopped believing Mcaddo was doing that.

Not saying he should. But having a high football IQ doesnt have him throwing high, throwing low or throwing behind his recievers. He legitimately looks like Osweiler at times. If you watch Osweiler, when he feels pressure coming he kind of just throws the shit and tries to get his arm up to brace for the hit.

I agree though about the offense. I remember last year people were saying they had an “explosive” offense and i use to laugh my ass off. Their offense is simple but its efficient asf when all the components are clicking. Its hard to tell if its the coaches not opening the playbook up because they believe Dak is limited from what they see in practices, or if they’re just trash coaches.

True Dak is honestly going through what should have been his rookie season should have been. We have seen that given the right circumstances he won't lose you the game and that is what people are failing to realize is all you need. But I vocally said last year we should have sat Dak back down and gave him more coaching, the first 3 games of the season when they turned the keys over to Dak on offense(he was calling a lot of audibles) the offense was stagnant. He needs coaching to improve his knowledge of the game that's his problem, but we don't have the coaching staff to do that.
