Just realized how easy our schedule is. Only concerned about the Seattle and Tennessee games. Since they play Pittsburgh and we got Cleveland, I expect us to be in first

I'm nervous about that game.

Tests show CB Joe Haden has a non-displaced fracture of the fibula head that won't require surgery, according to a source. Haden bracing for a recovery of 5-6 weeks but hopes for sooner. 'Could have been much worse,' source said.

Said it before but its looking a lot like the division title will come down to our week 17 game. He'll we might even get a Titans/Jags 3 in the first round of the playoffs.

The Vikings are so good. 7-2 with keenum and cook was lost. Crazy they suffered through a lot of adversity

The defense is just gnarly. And people are still sleeping on Diggs and Thielen. Diggs made Norman look foolish a few times.

Crazy thing is, Vikings basically haven’t had a first round draft pick in 3 years. Trae Waynes is trash, Treadwell is trash, and Bradford is on IR LOL. Our GM is trash but we just keep winning this season despite him.

Skins losses

Philly twice 8-1

Vikings 7-2

Chiefs 6-3

Cowpukes 5-4

This back half of the schedule can't come soon enough.

Your GM ain’t trash if he drafted all these playmakers on both side of the ball

He traded a first round pick for an injury prone QB with pedestrian numbers who is.. surprise surprise... on IR.

He might not be trash but he sure as shit ain’t better than average.

Good win @"Will Munny" smh

I really thought ya'll would win. Skins are better than their record shows.

You are who your record say you is.

Seattle at 6-3 isn't good. Got it.

They are trending down.

Just lost Sherman and theybwas already getting shitted on the past few weeks in the passing game.

It’s a good win for y’all but if y’all beat the Saints next week that would be a great win

Eagles sign LB Dannell Ellerbe....

Dannell Ellerbe is getting another shot at a postseason run.

The veteran linebacker has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, the team announced on Monday. The Eagles also waived cornerback Dexter McDougle in anticipation of the return of cornerback Ronald Darby, who lined up with the first team in practice and expects to play Sunday, per NJ.com.

Ellerbe last played with the New Orleans Saints in 2016, appearing in nine games in which he recorded 44 tackles and four sacks. The Saints placed Ellerbe on injured reserve with a foot injury in July and waived him after he was cleared to play in August, electing to move forward with younger backs Alex Anzalone and Craig Robertson. Ellerbe, who turned 32 on Nov. 29, has been without a team since August.

Ellerbe's agency hailed the signing as "the final piece to the Eagles' Super Bowl puzzle" on Twitter on Sunday.

Ellerbe brings depth to an Eagles linebacking corps that lost Jordan Hicks to a ruptured achilles tendon on Oct. 23. With Hicks sidelined, backup middle linebacker Joe Walker played in his place against San Francisco, logging 28 defensive snaps. But a week later against Denver, Walker played just 12 snaps as the Eagles opted to swap out a linebacker for a defensive back, going with the Nickel sub package on 41 of 60 defensive plays, per Next Gen Stats. In these scenarios, Philadelphia slid outside linebacker Mychal Kendricks toward the middle of the defense, replacing him with an in-box safety, or aligned fellow outside backer Nigel Bradham and Kendricks over the defensive tackles in a 4-2-5 look.

This should give a glimpse of how the Eagles would work in Ellerbe, either by sliding Bradham or Kendricks over (Bradham seems like the more logical choice of the two), and replacing the vacant outside position with Ellerbe, or possibly using the playmaking Ellerbe in the middle. With his injury history, though, it's more likely Philadelphia would go with the younger backers than Ellerbe, who has appeared in just 16 games combined over his last three seasons.

Report: Owners tell Jones to nix Goodell fight

The NFL's Compensation Committee has given Jerry Jones a cease-and-desist warning in response to the Dallas Cowboys owner's threat to sue the league over contract extension talks with commissioner Roger Goodell, according to The New York Times.

The committee issued the warning to Jones after holding a conference call Monday to discuss Goodell's potential extension, according to the Times.

Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank released a statement Monday, saying that the committee is still working toward an extension for Goodell and disputing Jones' assertion that owners have been misled regarding "critical facts" about the negotiations.

"The Committee is continuing its work towards finalizing a contract extension with the Commissioner, consistent with the mandate provided in the unanimous May 2017 Resolution," Blank said in his statement. "Regardless of what may have been reported, the Committee is working within the financial parameters outlined to the ownership at the May meeting. The negotiations are progressing and we will keep ownership apprised of the negotiations as they move forward. We do not intend to publicly comment on our discussions."

Blank, the chairman of the six-member committee, terminated Jones as a non-voting, ad-hoc seventh member Saturday because of Jones' threat to sue the league.

In a letter sent last week to owners on the committee, Jones claimed he "has discovered a number of very concerning issues" while engaged as a committee member, including that "the Ownership (sic) and Jerry Jones now understand that they have been unquestionably misled" by Blank and that "critical facts" have been misrepresented regarding Goodell's contract.

ESPN reported Sunday that Goodell's last written counterproposal, sent to the committee around Aug. 1, was seeking approximately $49.5 million in annual salary and also included the lifetime use of a private jet and lifetime health insurance for his family.

Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones, Jerry Jones' son, said during a radio interview Monday that he and his father "want what's in the best interest of the league."

"We're not against Roger, we just don't know if this is the time to be talking about a major contract extension when the league certainly has incredible challenges in terms of where we are with the league," Stephen Jones said during an interview with 105.3 The Fan in Dallas. "Whether that's our ratings, whether that's our concern with our sponsors, I think we need to be focusing on our business and not necessarily on contract extensions.

"It's not that we're against Roger, I think Jerry has been vocal about it, that's certainly not easy to do when you have certain momentums that are going one way and you take a contrarian stance ... In his mind what we take as an organization, we just don't think it's in the best interest of the NFL right now to move forward."
