We need a coaching staff who knows how to maximize their potential cause the current staff ain’t doing it. Again, eight years just two winning seasons with Jason Garrett. This team is way too talented to finish 8-8 or worse and that’s the track we’re on.

You're delusional, Stephen Jones has for the most part done an excellent job scouting and picking up talent for Garrett and Linehan, our positions coaches actually do a good job coaching up some of the players we have which has resulted in many sub par players getting larger than they should contracts and not performing the same when they leave. Look at the NFC East this decade, there is no way in hell we should only have won this division twice, the coaching is the problem and it always has been, no discipline and no adjustments, we've had like 21 holding penalties in the last 3 games... Garrett, Linehan, and Marinelli need to go.
