This year they hold a team to 3 points one week, give up 38 the next week, and hold teams to 17 the next week. Hold teams to 6 points in the first half in a game, give up 20+ in the second half.

I would say that’s the definition of inconsistency.

Only reason they were top 5 was because they were 2nd in the league in time of possession. They were 1 in the run because teams didn’t try to run the ball. They had they lowest amount of run attempts against them in the league but was giving up like 4 yards per attempt. That’s not a dominate run D. This year y’all O ain’t been as good so the D been getting exposed. Y’all D only really thrives against bad O-lines, and when teams have bad starting field position.
