1. They make roux prepared? That's new to me....

2. Add some color, peppers etc.

I ain't gone lie if I had one of those cast iron skillet pans of corn bread I might fuck with it...... looks back up at the picture I'm not sure about that. No drumsticks use bnls sknls thighs But you ain't got no seafood in there.

If I make gumbo I use shrimp, andouille sausage,chicken, lump crab meat, oysters and crawfish tail meat. Also use celery Bell peppers I tried making my own roux didn't get it right,so sometime I'll use the gumbo season mix where you just add veggies and meat
