You don't know WTF you missing that shit is great if its cooked right. Chicken like in texture but it don't taste like chicken or turkey IMO.

I've grilled, broiled and browned the skin of a duck breast and finished it off in the oven before. I loved them all. Grilled was the best to me.

we invited two dutch people and uk couple and this fine ass half haitian and half syrian chick and half black half german chick...we call her german chocolate.....most of them it was their first black american thanksgiving....now they say the other people couldnt cook....lol
