(My main loves are Dominican & Jamaican food but I like to switch it up and try diff things)

Pan seared garlic & herb crusted salmon & tilapia, baked Mac n cheese, rice and red beans, Tostones, corn on the cob, corn soufflé, baby green salad, avocado

Fried chicken, Dominican rice & beans, salad and Tostones

3 cheese Baked Mac N Cheese

Yam & carrot bake with lots of garlic, herbs and a golden bread crumb crust

Stuffed Cornish hens with rosemary, onion and potatoes

Boccanccini Pasta with lots of garlic, grilled chicken, sundries tomatoes, mushrooms and parsley

Simple Grilled Salmon with asparagus & garlic and herb potatoes

Creamy Garlic & Herb Bow Tie Pasta

Had this Jicama Salad Roll @ this spot, tried it myself

My homemade sazon

Arroz con Habicuelas

My fav mango salad with red peppers, red onions, cilantro and lime

Baby green salad with raspberries, avocado & asparagus

Veggie Fried Rice

I happen to love cake with fruit......light cake, real cream and raspberry filled though usually its strawberries.....

There's a bakery a couple of blocks from where I live that sell cupcakes and ice cream sandwiches just like these ones. Bangin!
