Dots just put the reminder of who's the best overall artist of Hip-Hop. Drake ain't in this dude's stratosphere, J. Cole is about 10 paces behind, and none of them new dudes are even mentionable.

........still wish K. Dot would've took Lupe up on his offer. THAT battle would been the best thing in hip-hop since Nas vs. Jay.

Kendrick Lamar, so many visuals with symbolism.

Men in chains incarcerated, black light comes on and you see body paint symbolic of their African Heritage, comparable to slavery.

Then in front of a big bon fire with tribal African's dancing being free!!!!

Seems like kendrick is far removed from "control" n all that who the best rapper part of his career..woulda been a nice back n forth...I think kendrick more likely to do a song w lupe than battle him these days...imo..just on the trajectory his career seems to be on

 
Dope performance by Kendrick but I do wonder if the "we hate popo" line was changed on purpose or he just slipped up and fucked up the lyrics
