If you told me with 2 weeks left in the season we'd have the 1 seed I'd be hype. IT has spearheaded a season better then pierce ever had. harry giles was supposed to be that top tier transcendent talent but his knees are made out of bad plastic

i dont know if there has been anyone whos played at a high level after 2 ACLs

3 knee surgeries by 18 is not good

the couple games i saw him play he was moving like the last bit of ketchup in the bottle and he literally looked like he had no idea where to be on the floor on either end -- i just remember watching the 2015 peach jam on espn like yeah giles got next -- you watch that highlight tape and just from a pure entertainment perspective we really missed out on seeing an elite kid

some team may still draft him in the first round but unlikely in the lottery

I think we all know that the Cavs can turn it up in the playoffs defensively but the issue is that its hard to change all your bad habits when its playoff time in juat a few games.

I still see the Cavs getting to the finals. I think we could all agree on that.

But, if im a Celtics fan im even more pissed off that they didnt do the Butler or PG trade. Cause the way its looking, the Cavs might get pushed in the 2nd round this year and lebron could be gassed in ECF rather than having a few days to rest like he usually does. To me it would be the perfect time for the Celtics to pounce on the Cavs if they had another star like Butler or PG rather than wanting to keep that nets pick which could always be a bust and fucking Jae Crowder.

You're too short sighted and both of those deals were lateral moves at best, I actually respect your opinion but you're coming across like all the other retarded Knicks fans that post here

U forget Marvin Williams was one of the highest rated HS players coming out of HS...also after his senior yr in HS most scouts had him going no1 or at least in the lottery.....he also was the 6th man for his lone yr at UNC

Chill out bruh. Butler and PG and Isiah Thomas are all still young. Short sided would be trading the pick for a aging star like Melo cause your one piece away. Butler and PG are still early in their prime years and both got a good 5-7 prime years left.

I understand why Boston didnt make a move. It makes perfect.

But, making the move woulda also made perfect sense. I woulda made the move, especially with the Cavs being as bad as they are defensively this season.

Not true I'm happy with the way the team is being run and not making moves as if we're the ones in desperation mode, as soon as we blow it up for one of those players we lose all cap space this summer, we lose our most valuable picks and we lose good young talented players for a star that doesn't necessarily put us over in reality, we gave up less for KG and Ray and that was a super team worth putting together, Al/IT/Jimmy or Paul is not guaranteeing us anything, the team is moving in a direction similar to San An and Golden State not New York or Brooklyn
