What ever happen to the Ohio State WR that went in the second round?

I haven't heard shit from him in the NFL. Before the draft they said he didn't know how to run any routes besides the go and he still went in the second round.

Devin Smith on the Jets, I think he was hurt at the beginning of the season but he really aint gon be more than a solid slot receiver
