The second unit was encouraging even though they did not go against the ones. Kasim and Anthony Spencer ran through the Ravens 2nd string OL like they were paper. Eules out of Misstake showed that he could actually hold the line up. Damian Swann showed his promise as a backup CB. If he keeps playing like that he will be supplanting SJB.

But the score that counted was 14-0. That first half was awful. Terrell Suggs called them mfer soft.

"It's hard to start the season any better than that," Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs said. "The only thing we could have done better is to have some turnovers. Having two or three three-and-outs from the ones. I think we can live with that. And, we didn't have a lot of our starters in, so this is a good thing to build on."

The Ravens could have ran the ball every play if they wanted to. They were getting 5 yards per carry on every play. Linebackers making tackles 5 yards past the line of scrimmage. Having Hicks out doesnt help but DAMN!

but Drew didnt play a single down lol

Suggs talking shit about McCown bum ass lmao

Even when he does in the regular season the Ravens crush the Saints.

stop brah

First look at the team. I'm honestly more interested in the performance of DGB than mariota. Hopefully he can be that number one target. I'm still against the mariota pick l. But camp progress has stated he hast thrown sn interception yet and he's taking care of the ball. Hopefully he can convert me

I talked to someone that was there and he said MM hasn't thrown pick which is good. But he also missed a lot throws too.

Everyone was so high on Mariota, making a mistake. Dual threat QBs from college who ran spread offenses in the NFL don't usually succeed in the NFL. Hell Spread offenses only succeed in college against weak teams, never against a pro style team who are actually good.

I get the feeling an Andrew Luck vs RG3 rookie season comp is going to go down between Winston and Mariota. Mariota may look better at first, but Winston clearly is the better QB and time will show that.

Mariota look like shit on a stick out here

They gone destroy that kid starting him on that shit team ....that's the shit I be talking about

And thats exactly what i knew would happen. webster and whisenhunt took him like that would automatically make us a contender. no. far from it. they did little to address the shitty o-line from last season. levitre shouldve been cut a long time ago. that wouldve been addition by subtraction right there. and from the looks of this game, even though its preseason, the poor defense still appears to be the same. soft tackling with no pass rush whatsoever. which translates to teams running up the score and therefore putting a rookie qb in an even tougher situation with no pro level experience. if that doesnt sound like a recipe for disaster.

Missed the game. Saw that MM turned it over twice smh. Just when I was begging to get a little excited about the kid.. How did DGB and Mcbride look?
