Here’s a new one: Remember that anonymous tipster from the Aaron Hernandez murder trial? The one who thought a member of the jury was “untruthful” during jury selection?
Said tipster was having a “sexually explicit relationship” with Hernandez “prior to and during the trial” according to prosecutors.
“In a court filing last week, Sultan acknowledged that the tipster had “extensive personal contact” with his client which is “clearly relevant to this individual’s credibility.” … “This relationship includes letters ‘Katy’ sent to the defendant that were subsequently destroyed by the defendant,” McCauley wrote. “In addition to the ongoing relationship between ‘Katy’ and the defendant, the defendant had a relationship with ‘Katy’s’ father while there were inmates together at the Dartmouth House of Corrections.”
