Y'all aren't really in a position where y'all can pick and choose from the cream of the crop. No one worth a damn is gonna want to coach there given the track record. That being said, somebody is gonna get the job. Somebody that is getting their first head coaching gig, or an unproven guy in some capacity. The word is the coach is gonna have a say in who the GM is, and that sounds right up Chip Kelly's alley.
