nope not yet.

my neighbor played for FC Basel but i dont think hes my favorite...

im still learning what makes a player good

You gotta team? Pick one from England bruh the Premier League is a reality show fam craziness every week

yea, for the moment FC inter.

only because we was at the same hotel in milan before they played AC milan

Real rap, fuck inter Milan. @figo , yeah I said it. I saw that you picked that team but you're obviously not sure. Serie A is a boring ass league.

If you're picking an English team, you can't go wrong with Arsenal. You can sign up on Arsenal.com for free and check out some of their games from this season. Or you could always check out some of their highlight videos of the season on YouTube. The red & white of Arsenal will be glad to have you join the goon squad.

Welcome to the thread breda, find an EPL team to route for...

thnk you sir.....but uh

im choosing between cardiff city, watford and crystal palace.

i like the name on cardiff and like the other twos logos.

dont laugh at me...lol

im grabbing at anything that gets my attention until i know the game a bit more

I was going post the link to Arsenal's honors page, didnt bother. The greatest and the best club in London is Arsenal FC.

It would have been great if you started following the sport a couple of months of ago at the least. Honestly, I say wait until August when the leagues start back up and start watching them and then choose a team. The English game is world wide.

Watch the Euros and the Olympics as well.

Take a look West Ham, great team history, seem to be back on the come up after being stuck at wrong end of the table for years, playing good football, moving into a new stadium, loud support etc

I love Championship Football (2nd tier of english football) but if youre new to the whole football thing, you probably want the glitz and glamour of The Premier League??? So you probably dont wanna be following a team that looks to be getting battered the whole season, then relegated lol Or following a Championship team like Cardiff...

Choose wisely haha

from philly but in switzerland

Cool Cool. FC Basal has beaten quite a few English teams, most recent being Liverpool I think. If you're looking for a team with a Swiss connection then Arsenal and Stoke City both play in red and white and have a Swiss player.

Stoke City is ok, the Gooners are the far better team, but choosing Arsenal will leave you feeling like Kevin Durant of OKC Thunder for the whole time you support them.

Basel play in what's called the Champions League. The league winners of each country in Europe compete in a qualification the group stage then knock out competition. Starts in Sept so make sure you see those games. They're at night and everyone looks forward to them.

Tbh, if you want a team that's got drama, history, excitement and the opportunity to won sutten, I'd go with Liverpool. They seem to attract noobs for some reason. Watch their Champions League final win of 05 on YouTube

so what teams are good but overrated...

an honest question.....are defenses important or is it more about chance

Defence is very important. It's very difficult to score from open play against a good defence, which is how Atletico Madrid managed to get to the CL final with mostly average players.

Can't really be overrated in football. These teams are 100 plus years old so sometimes they're on top and other times they're not doin' so well. The best teams in the world have the best players and win the Champions League and their country's trophies

The Arsenal fans in here hate Stoke City with a passion. They have changed the way that they play but those old wounds are still there.

Griezemann, Saul, Koke, Juanfran, Gimeniz, Godin, Oblak, Filipe Luis, Carrasco are average?
