Why they blocking the trade again?

They're not having an issue with the trade "per say" it's the rumor that the CAVS and Love had already negotiated and agreed to an extension before his contract expired ....which is a no-no if its not with that players original team ....however unless Cleveland was dumb enough to leave a paper trail the NBA in all likelihood will have no legitimate basis to stop any trade from happening

Atlantic is very weak, Toronto is younger and will be more hungier this season, and Brooklyn hasn't made any upgrades that would have them win the division. That's why I have them finishing the season between the 5 to 7 seeds.
