nani to sporting...what a waste...should have been a top 5-10 player in the world

I Agree. He had all the tools in his box. I remember that 10-11 season he was immense then he just faded. I hope he finds his focus again but knowing our luck players who were shit for us leave and become prodigies elsewhere e.g Mame Diouf

Sanogo isn't injured. He lost his passport, so he hasn't travelled. He was asked 2 remain home, no quickfire solution.

#NoSanogoNoPassport

Still buy a fucking striker plz

Nani a form player...he gets better the more he play. He had decent run in the 10/11 season...

Hopefully he has good season and comes back to hold down a spot.

What a muppet. Did he really not want to fly to Turkey that badly?

We really do need a striker. Let's hope we get through this tie unscathed and then we can get the players we need.

Can't imagine anyone at Borussia Dortmund will be happy about this report but the Daily Star claim  has turned down a move to Manchester United. Apparently he would rather a switch to Arsenal or Liverpool should he leave Germany.

Newcastle are eyeing up a move for Manchester City duo Scott Sinclair and Micah Richards. The Manchester Evening News claimsthe Magpies are readying a five million pound bid for Richards while boss Alan Pardew is keen on reuniting with Sinclair after working together at Charlton.

Despite the loss of James Rodriguezand possibly Radamel Falcao this summer, Monaco are determined to show Europe they still mean business. And Gazzetta dello Sport have them down as making an sensational move for Zenit St Petersburg forward Hulk in an attempt to appease fans. However, Hulk is said to be happy in Russia with the appointment of Andre Villas Boas and it would take an offer in excess of 50 million euros for the Russian club to accept

50mil for Hulk would make David Luiz look like a bargain...

According to A Bola, the British press have been reporting that Chelsea are set to make a 33 million euro bid for Sporting Lisbon's William Carvalho. However, a little research and any rumours about a bid from the Blues are at least a month old now.

According to Bild, Werder Bremen have offered four million euros for Fulham'sBryan Ruiz. The 28-year-old Costa Rica captain has turned down offers from Besiktas, who were prepared to splash out six million euros, as he wants to join the Bundesliga side. Bild quotes Magath as saying: "He could leave us in the next days."
