Tim Duncan 39 still making all nba teams. That's greatness.

I say it again Duncan>>> Kobe for his generation

Duncan's had all time great supporting cast his entire career and still less Finals apperances than Kobe to show for it, a losing record against Kobe in the playoffs and dude has been consistently average since 06-07...

Niggas overrate Duncan bc of team success, you look at his numbers and he's had more ordinary seasons than great ones...

This is a terrible point.Duncans numbers are down because he has a coach who has kept his mins at 30 or under for the last 4-5 seasons. In the playoffs this year duncan was the spurs best player and dominated a athletic C and pf 13 years younger than him.

The numbers don't support that point at all especially in Blakes case..

Blakes numbers:

G1 26pts/12reb/6ast/3stl/3blk

G2 29pts/12reb/11ast

G4 20pts/19reb/7ast

G5 30pts/14reb/7ast

G6 26pts/12reb

G7 24pts/13reb/10ast

You exposed yourself you didn't watch the series you just posting numbers.Splitter,Duncan,Bynes and diaw all guarded blake griffin.Jordan and Griffin guarded duncan primarily and duncan was bodying both

Duncan played well half of that series but to say he was "bodying" them is a reach.. He scored 4pts in game 3 and Spurs still won.. And he was average in games 1 & 6 with 11pts/11reb and 12pts/13reb (in before the Duncan apologist say a low double-double isn't average for a starting PF in the NBA)

I wonder will kobe play in the 2016 olympics?

It doesn't matter really, it's not like he'll be one of the best players on the roster at that point. If he does play, he'd have to play the low usage OG vet role Jason Kidd did on his last go around in the Olympics.

Niggas in here seriously overrate Duncan, typing alot of bullshit caping for a nigga whos season numbers look like 15 and 8 for like 7 years but still consider him a top 3 PF in todays game...

I might a make thread about the overrated Tim Duncan....

Smh. Ur dumb bruh. How many minutes a game does duncan average? Name a better third option on a team that average his numbers. And he is still good defender

So what's the next dumb shit that's gonna come out your mouth? That Clyde Drexler was better than Michael Jordan?

Fell asleep during that 3rd quarter last night. I knew I missed a good one when I seen that score but goddamn at that last play.

Harden was killin it tho that series can shape up to be a classic if houston can even it up.

Game 3 was a blowout bruh, the spurs washed the clippers. You're cherry picking numbers cuz you're also conveniently leaving out the multiple 20+ and 10+ games duncan had that series he was killing griffin and jordan on both ends when they matched up.We'll agree to disagree you clearly didn't watch the series

There’s a long list of teams already prepared to pursue Carroll this summer, including the Celtics, Lakers and Pistons. He boosted his scoring average from 12.6 points to 16.2 before the injury, and was shooting 51.3 percent from the field and 41.6 percent from the 3-point line. The Hawks want to keep Carroll, but his price has been driven up. With his defense and versatility, one league exec estimated his next deal at more than $15 million per year.

a dollar over 8 mill would be overpay

Some of you Nigga's shit on Kobe & other players too much in here. Some of y'all honor anything that Fuck Nigga, LeBron does on & off the court. Stanley's. The Point God too. LMAO. The Point God CP3, who's never won anything of significance, never been past the Semifinals

u always cryin and hollerin stan when someone objective about lebron or cp3 talent, then say nothing of significance. kill yoself.

i dont think timmy d a all star player this season but his minutes have been lowered and he still is a more than effective 2 way player with said minutes, definitely not just average. i dont know about better all time than kobe but its definitely debatable. never was really a fan but to say he overrated overall is disrespectful
