Tom is very similar to Doug Collins.. Great regular season coach, great coach to whip your team in shape to be a contender, but when it comes down to the playoffs, he made consistent mistakes time and time again, with rotations and not trusting players..

People do forget that this is Toms first head coaching job. So he still needs a lot of development as well. Bulls and Tom both need a new look and the separation will be good for both. You can tell he lost the team they don't even respond to him as urgently as they use to.. They've become immune to his yelling, which is not a good thing.
