Speaking before the start of his adult fantasy camp, Wade revealed that he underwent OssaTron shockwave treatment a month ago to deal with tendinitis.Wade said the results have largely been favorable, hopeful for similar relief to what he experienced after a similar round of treatment in 2007.

"I had to take a month off after I did my treatment and this weekend will be a month to the day," he said during an event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. "It's the kind of treatment for tendinitis, certain areas in your knee."Feeling a lot better," Wade said at Thursday's event, which included appearances by Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, Hall of Fame forward Rick Barry, comedian Kevin Hart and Indiana coach Tom Crean, who coached Wade at Marquette. "I'm not at 'great' yet. I'm feeling a lot, lot better."Right now I have to work on the strengthening part of it. So, I still have time before the season. By the time the season starts, I think I'll be as good as I've been." The Heat have had successful results with OssaTron treatments over the years, with power forward Udonis Haslem also benefiting from the approach."Time off is obviously key," Wade said. "Right now, I get started back working out."

No he's not. Harden is shit on defense and until he gets his game up on that side of the ball he's not the best SG.

Harden is the best sg when you actually think about it, yea Harden isn't the best defender but Wade and Kobe aren't near the defenders they used to be as well... And Harden has a way better jumper than Wade plus hes a better slasher and is better at getting to the line than wade now.... And Kobe has the better skills than Harden but Kobe is older and obviously a step slower... Harden is also a better facilitator than both and play point for a whole game which is basically what he does now b/c Lin is ass...

I don't think yall understand what we mean when we say bad. He doesn't even attempt to play defense. He has the makeup to be a good defender too. If we slow our pace down he'll have no excuse. If he does that I have no doubt he'll be the best sg in the league
