The main point you guys are missing is Kobe is the one and only SUPERSTAR on his team. Those other guys on the team are not franchise players. Basically, Kobe's the number 1 guy on the team, so it's his job to bail them out, and keep the offense going. Pau Gasol and Bynum rotate between the 2nd star and the 3rd star.
In the game yesterday, Kobe had to get them back in the game in the 3rd or they were going to get blown the fuck out. Let's see, Kobe shot 28 shots and made 14. Gasol shot 17 shots which is the amount of attempts what ALL 2nd star players shoot, and Bynum shot 13 shots which is the amount of attempts ALL 3rd star players shoot.
For some reason I haven't quite figured it out yet, but it seems like everyone hates when Kobe scores a lot of points. The funny thing is, when Durant does it, he's the best scorer in the league, when Rose does it, he's the MVP, and when Lebron does, he's the best player in the world. There's some ridiculous double standard going on here. Y'all act like Kobe's doing the Kevin Love and fuckin' up his team by scoring all those points. Kobe's team has a WINNING record of 9 wins and 5 losses.
Y'all acting like Kobe hasn't won 5 championships playing this way.
