Defensive Tackle is the hardest position on Defense to project and have a high bust rate. What happend to Glenn Dorsey from LSU who went # 5 to Kansas City 2 yrs ago, he was just as hyped, decorated (with awards/honors) and was from the SEC has he done anything in the 2 yrs since being drafted?

Also with Rams they have had a terrible record with Defensive lineman in the first round, Ryan Pickett, Damion Lewis, Jimmy Kennedy, Adam Carriker and Chris Long all were drafted pretty high in the first round and have not come close to living up to expectations.

I never understood the hype around Glenn Dorsey coming out of school I remember watching him play and not seeing anything spectacular to warrant such a high pick. however I've seen Suh play a couple of times this year and dude is just straight dominant, I saw him take over a couple of games (Texas, Va Tech) dude is a monster. I just dont see the rams going any other way other than QB but both QB's this year are full of question marks and drafting the wrong one will only set them back even more. Their better off drafting a QB in next years draft since they'll probably have a top 5 pick again.

lol @ ppl still thinkin kiper is so great, all those analysts suck

Kipers been whack when it comes to scouting he does provide good info about what is going on in the league prior to the draft. Mike Mayock from NFL Network is a much better scout IMO.

WOW, the hype machine has started. Bradford might actually go number one. Thats really sad, SUH, BERRY and McCoy are clearly the most talented players in this draft. Wont teams learn from picks like Alex Smith.

Chris Long did his thang last year! Them rest them cats, your spot on.

No disrespect but 5 sacks from the # 2 overall pick is not living up to expectations. As for the Draft as Rutgers fan Anthony Davis is likely a top 10 pick and Devin McCourty stock has improved where depending how he does at the Combine he could go in the first round as well.

I hope he goes number 1 so the Skins wont pick him.

CJ Spiller is going to do what people thought Bush would do in NFL.

Another great one from FL. FL is cranking out the RBs...Gore, Portis, Fred Taylor, Chris Johnson, W.Mcgahee, Kevin Smith, CJ Spiller...is Edgerrin still in the league?

My picks:

Best RB - CJ Spiller

Best CB - Joe Haden

Best DT- Suh

Best DE - Pierre (USF) or Dunlap (UF)

Best WR - dude from Okie St

Best S - Eric Berry

Best LB - R.Mcclain

Best QB - not sure

Clemson RB C.J. Spiller was officially timed at 4.37 in the forty-yard dash at the Scouting Combine Sunday.
Homerun hitter. Spiller was timed, unofficially, as fast as 4.27 and may have locked up a top-20 grade. The fourth-year senior had 31 carries of 10+ yards in 2009 and eight receptions for 20 yards or more, while also contributing a whopping five TDs on returns. Evaluators are concerned about Spiller's durability at 6'0/196, but he was never injured in college. Built similarly, Chris Johnson and Jamaal Charles' NFL success helps Spiller's cause.

Jahvid Best ran a 4.35 in the 40. He is probably the only RB that will be taken in the 1st round. Still think Spiller is faster though.

Taylor Mays just became a Raider with the 4.24 40 time... Al Davis already gettin his chain made....

4.24? All i see is he ran a 4.34

Still thats crazy for a guy his size. As long as the bengals dont take mays, i dont care where he goes. Pete Carroll may nab him

yea I saw Mays ran a 4.24 earlier. That 4.2 never translates in game speed tho. he cant start and stop and accelerate that quickly so he struggles in pass coverage. just make him into a beast of a linebacker or he will a Roy Williams type safety

Haden may drop out of the top ten. Eric Berry lit it up today and Taylor Mays got screwed how you go from a 4.24 unofficial to a 4.43 official. I heard he even beat trinton Halliday from LSU who ran a 4.34 when they did that side by side thing they do. Either way dude is just too stiff and plays much slower than ran today. On another note Earl Thomas showed put up some good numbers as well. Right now it looks like Eric Berry is the best DB followed by Earl Thomas who can play both corner or safety followed by Haden. I was hoping the niners would draft Trent williams at Thirteen and Earl Thomas at seventeen but I dont think Williams makes it out of the top ten now.
