i agree to an extent...chelsea n roman abramavich helped make the prem more competitive, before that only 2 teams ever won it...it opened up abit more after 04/05...arsenal n liverpool have come close since...n now man city are making it even more exciting.

but cheslea won 7-0 3 times last season, and 8-0 once....thats absolutely ridiculous that should never ever happen at the top level, lol...

i can see us building up a pretty big unbeaten home run, like under mourinho...

with that said...la liga this season will be the league to watch, chelsea have already won the prem.

Easily one of the worst performances ive ever seen from us. I was atleast expecting a second half fight back. Carew got no confidence and been shit for awhile. McDonald brings on Heskey and plays him wide right. Just shocking. Gonna take something BIG for us to get back on form for thursday

todays game confirmed a few things for me...

1. manchester united are a team in decline...no rooney to tap the ball in from 6 yards and they struggle

2. fergie is pushing 70 and is beginning to make basic errors in team selection in tactics...how the hell does park start ahead of nani ?..and what does he see in evans ?...dude cudnt handle zamora, nor cud vidic for that matter, they are both medicore defenders imo

3. park is a championship standard midfielder...nani is alot better

4.. manchester united are the biggest cheats in football, and im still convinced they are in cahoots with the ref/fa...

how in the hell did fullham not get a panalty at 1-1 ?...vidic has always been a dirty cunt, he got away with punching a player int he face last season, and now this...what a blatant penalty...

and then to further confirm my suspicisions, they gave man u a penalty for duff accidently kneeing the ball at his own hand, wtf ?....what a joke.

5. no way can united win the league this season, no squad improvements and scholes n giggs are damn near 40...arsenal have a much better squad.

Gotta agree with you on Vidic. Have been saying the same thing for years, he is a very dirty player and constantly gets away with fouls in the box, shirt pulling especially. Johnny Evans seems to be following in his footsteps.
