I like to keep it simple.

Sea salt, black pepper, & lime.

My key is to taste the avocado before adding any ingredients because some avocados have a weird after taste which will ruin the guacamole regardless of what you do to it. So if the avocado tastes funny to me, I throw it out lol.

You have to appreciate the taste of an avocado on its own before you will appreciate guacamole.

Guacamole is to enhance the flavor of the avocado.. Not to mask it. Respect.
