this nigga got body pads for pad work hahaha. unless you training someone to go to the body u def should not be wearing that for a sparring session.

that body pad is made to absorb the kicks


listen to them shots land.

it obviously failed at its job.

like ive said, ive never seen niggas wear that body protection unless they were specifically training someone. if thats a thing in martial arts, iight thats not my field at all but even in the mma gyms i was at, ive only ever seen head gear and shin guards when sparring.

it aint nothing funnier than seeing ur grown co worker w black eyes and shit lmao.....i remember these two white boys came to work once with their faces fucked up...everybody like damn!!!! which army did that to yall cuz them white boys were swole as fuck no homo.....them dudes said they got into it with some brothers while in their car in bumper traffic the brothers surrounded their car and punched the shit out them through the windows...we still laugh at that entire ordeal
