Banishment spells should only be used if you've consulted the Ancestors on whether or not it's beneficial to all those who are involved, and a positive result of justice is sought.

I do not use banishment spells for everyday people I encounter, however, they are incredibly beneficial if we are talking about getting justice for victims of police brutality, exploitative politicians, and the like who abuse people through social systems.
