I Think it is as pointless as holding a funeral for the word NIGGER.

Currently, you can file a discrimination claim in the state of Missouri if things like race, religion and gender are a "contributing" factor to discrimination.

But later this month, alleged victims of discrimination would have to prove it is the "motivating" factor -- and Chapel says that's extremely hard to do.

so evidence of "motivating factor" would be a memo or anything revealing the reason for the discrimination being race, religion, or gender. What type of evidence goes to show a 'contributing factor'? I imagine it's not all that much different.
