I think it's quite simple. If we are comparing what Omar and Mos have on they clearly aren't in the same stratosphere. One is wearing African men's Garb the other is wearing European women's garb and even more so, Mos is Muslim. Muslim men wear thobes, and wraps similar to what mos has on. What Mos is wearing is African but it is made for women. I'll repeat i again: my mother and sister have the exact same skirt as Mos.

There are two types of style. 1 is the full on draped robe (like LL)...that can stop above the ankles if its fully draped

The other is more of a wrap that goes all the way down to your feet.

Mos is doing neither. If it stops where it stops on Mos, AND you have a damn Jay z button up over it, it is a skirt. Dont think b/c they are African they do not differentiate betwen male and female clothing. Mos need to consult with his African plug they got him violatin.
