Jay's a great rapper no debating that, his business savvy is overrated. I think just cuz he's a rapper people might think he's such a great business man because there aren't many successful rapper business men out there.

So some stupid hotels didn't work out cause of some minor details but it's not like the guy is taking L after L so I dont understand why his business savy is even in question. His networth was that much, networth is based on value of assests. Now how much do you really think No Limit, P Miller gear, Rap Snacks,etc is worth today, probably nowhere near 500 mil.
