Tupac and Biggie were both nominated for 1 Grammy while alive. It was in 1996 ironically in the same category for Best Rap Solo Performance for "Big Poppa" and "Dear Momma". They both lost to Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise". In the End though Biggie got 4 Nomiations and Tupac gotten 6 but they haven't won one even posthumously. I think they both could of won one in the future but they would of had to both make really "Artsy" albums before the Grammy's gave them awards. Biggie got the closet win cause he was an excutive producer on "No Way Out" and that won "Best Rap Album" as well as the song "Missing You" won a grammy.

Nicki and ludacris already lost to Jay Z. Drake still has 2 more chances but it's doubtful he wins one. "Blueprint 3" has now won 6 total Grammy Awards. 2 for "Run This Town", 2 for "Empire State of Mind", 1 for "Death of Autotune" and 1 for "One to the Next One". That's a record for most grammy's for a single rap album.
