Its impossible to remove a certain track of a sample unless you got the stems along with it.

I haven't had a proper chance to play with it yet but to be honest the eq on that app didn't have a great deal of options so might look elsewhere

1:20 to 1:50 is what I'm trying to clean up

I understand that, all I just wanted from this sample was to lower the bass a little bit from the heavy orchestra so the bassline I put over it doesn't get overpowered.

Should I be using something else aside from the software I got with my mpc? I'm comfortable with it aside from sequencing which I haven't got around to properly doing yet but it seems like that would be easier on a different platform

I like the drums you got on there, not sure about the squeaking bed effect though lol

I work at the rate of someone like dre, gimme a week and ill post mine up.i envisaged something a bit different with my concept.

Sounds like a good core but I'd add more to it like an accompanying melody for the verse and a higher pitched choir would fit nice on the hook as well
