I'm telling everyone i know about this movie, one of the most charming films I've seen in a while.Dude who made it is the director of the next Thor movie.

So Paul Dano plays a guy stuck on an island about to commit suicide when the corpse of Daniel Radcliffe washes up on shore and well...he ends up using Radcliffes as a human Swiss army knife to find his back to humanity.Wonderfully weird fantastical film, i really enjoyed it but it probably isn't for everyone.

Solid throwback kind of movie, great peformances from everyone especially Ben Foster who continues to be one of the most underrated actors of his generation.

Interesting premise, 3 kids break into a house they plan to rob and are confronted by the owner who is a blind army vet....film takes a side turn halfway through and ends up more in the torture porn category, not sure it fully works but it was still a decent watch.

I just watched sense8, because of the thread on here I put off watching it for a long time. But it was actually good. I fast forwarded past the homo parts and I do I don't get how you can still be gay around that Mexican chick...god god her body.

I wish the black man could of had a different role.

Mexican = actor

White chick #1 dj

Transjenner = super hacker

White guys = hardcore gangster and cop

Korean = bad ass Asian stereotype

Indian chick = scientist

Black guy = bus driver...

@lazypakman Watched Swiss army man a few days ago. Awesome film, awesome story. Great acting. Definitely a recommendation from me.

And I watched Wicked City @Cybertr0n......bruh, wtf did you have me watching? lmao. Shit was crazy, it was good, it was weird, different. Shit was dope lol. My wife said not to take anymore advice from my online friends about movies lol.

If you enjoyed that then try tracking down a Korean film called 'Castaway on the moon', another great story about a man stuck on an island.

Joshy starring Thomas Middleditch, Nick Kroll, Paul Reiser, Aubrey Plaza, Alison Brie, Jenny Slate, Adam Pally, Alex Ross Perry, and Brett Gelman. It's about a man who's fiance kills herself so a couple months later he decides to go ahead and have his bachelor party since he can't get the deposit back for the cabin they rented anyway. It's your typical mumblecore/hipster/indie flick that have been popping up alot lately but it has it's moments. 5/10.

^Nick Kroll saved the movie imo. Basic white girl smash Jenny Slate.

-Yeah, it did shock me that they had the girl hang herself and not just break up with him to set the premise, that was a dark turn that I liked.

-Haha I really can't see Jenny Slate as anything but her annoying ass character on Parks & Recreation.

Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates was garbage in my book. Really dumbed down the talents of Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza in a major way. Zac Efron was alright but Adam Devine was just fucking annoying.

By far the best scene in the movie to me was the very first scene when they were trying to sell the tequila to the bar owner.

I made a thread about this but the youtube video got deleted so i uploaded it myself

Interesting movie, don't sleep. I'll be posting some more underrated old flicks that many don't know about. It's horror season Yo :naughty:
