Started watching 30 rock. Must say very impressed.

Also, I advise you guys to check out the 3-part documentary 'Cooked' on Netflix. It's buy an investigative food writer, Michael Pollan ("The Omnivore's Dilemma") and it chronoicles how our eating habits have evolved over time. Very interesting show.

Also getting into Boardwalk Empire and Daredevil. I finished House of Cards so I have some time to get in some new shows.

Still have a lot of shows to check out

The Wire

The Sopranos

Breaking Bad

Downtown Abbey (possibly, I like period pieces)

Mavis!

HBO documentary about mavis staples. It was dope they got into the history of the staple singers and how they were the first gospel group to "crossover" and that they were radical for traditional gospel music. Mavis is still alive and touring with her cane and shit lol

Watched the first episode of Netflix's new show Flaked starring Will Arnett. Man Netflix is killing it with these originals I just hope they all get second seasons.

The Hunger Games Mockingjay 2

I enjoyed the series overall. This movie was more psychological a far as certain things needing to occur for Peeta and Katniss to comeback into the fold and mature respectively

Almost finished binging season 2 of Amazon Prime's Bosch. On episode 8 right now. Season 1 was solid, but the big bad was kinda meh. But this season has been GOAT.

Jus finished this morning. Real good cop drama. Every episode was dope, no fillers. Hope it gets another season.

It's got a 7.5 on IMDB, shrugs. It's almost like Californication meets something I can't quite put my finger on. I enjoyed the first episode, I laughed a few times but I like dry humor.

Finished season 2 of Bosch. Enjoyed it but sucked that I read the book (Trunk Music) that it was based on so i had a good idea of where one of the story lines was going even though they changed some small stuff.

Man Up. Funny romantic comedy. Not big on public declarations in movies so I wasn't feeling the ending, but this was a good one.

Kill Me Three Times. Another Simon Pegg movie. Guess its a dark comedy, with him playing a hitman, but it never really hit with the comedy.

Picked up The Americans three season so I wanna start that.

For whoever gets to it. www.hbodigitalhd.com -> 7HM7EWFT493P -> Select iTunes/Google Play. For Game of Thrones season 5.

When i saw deadpool they showed the trailer for the purge 3 and it looked fire. I saw the 1st one thought it was cool for what it was...just saw the 2nd one. I liked it. Kinda dry in some spots but it got real at the end when them revolutionaries showed up to off the rich ppl. I wish they focused more on that tho cuz that woulda been way more interesting than the dude getting revenge for his son...specially when he aint even go through with it.

Cool movie tho.

That young girl on purge 2 irritated the shit outta me. This nigga was killing all night to keep them safe but when it's time to murk the nigga he was out there for in the first place that bitch talkin some moral shit. Bitch this dude just killed for 12 hours straight!

Veep season 3. Funny as hell. More HBO greatness. Code for hbodigital FWX3M9EMLHXH.

Bloodsport. Watched after listening to How Did This Get Made episode on it. Made it even better.

Spotlight, The Big Short, 10 Cloverfield Lane Jessica Jones and Daredevil season 2. All great!

Just starting House of Cards season 4

Primal Fear (1996) starring Richard Gere, Edward Norton, Laura Linney, Maura Tierney, Frances McDormand, Andre Braugher, & Alfre Woodard. A superstar defense attorney takes the pro bono case of a altar boy who murders a priest while his ex-lover is tasked with prosecuting the case. The only thing is they find out the boy has split personalities midway through the trial which throws a wrench into everything. Mainly known for it's out of nowhere twist ending and being the film debut of Edward Norton. 7/10.
